Banfield Pet Hospital at 2865 Oak Valley Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

We went in for the free vet check and the suggested shots and a stool sample for my new puppy because she has been having diarrhea for a couple days. I said okay do it (giving permission for them to charge me for these services), and the microchip. They take her back to do the microchip and don't do the suggested stool sample or shots that I gave permission for!! They clearly didn't care for her well being, I was concerned about her. Oh well I will just take her to a real vet. Would not suggest this place as a primary care vet.

Edit: she had coccidia. Needed meds to get rid of it and it took about a week of meds for symptoms to go away. There is no reason this vet should have overlooked this. Even I knew something was wrong.
