When sending an email response on behalf of our company, sent to their DoNotReply address. In the email, spelled the name of the company incorrectly and differently in separate places.

When sending a letter, rephrased the letter I drafted myself while adding very little new content.

Did not answer phone calls or respond to emails in a timely matter. When we received the bill it was 20% higher than agreed upon and REFUSED ALL COMMUNICATION from that point until now.
