Though Brian Massey and I had a lengthy discussion about the usefulness of online reviews and whether or not they do an accurate job of reflecting reality, I still feel I should say this:

This was my first tattoo, and I couldn’t be happier. Brian was great to work with, the price was totally reasonable, and it came out better than I even hoped.

So let’s forget about the effectiveness of online reviews. We won’t even call this a review. We’ll just call this a five-star thanks.
