I have had some very good shopping experiences here. This is definitely not the place for the economy shopper, you will get premium items at premium prices here.

I see lots of complaints on the customer service, which surprises me. I prefer their style of service, they greet you when you walk in and don't pester you by following you around the store. They leave you be and when you ask for their input, they are more than willing to assist.

The last purchase I made was a kitchen chandelier. I told them the model I wanted and they actually informed me they had a store closing at a different lcoation and all items were marked down. Instead of selling me the higher priced light, they gave me 50% off the same product and shipped it for free.

I'm hoping to pick up a recliner from them very soon.
