Demetrius helped me set up my voicemail, which SOUNDS like a very simple task...HOWEVER, after spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with half a dozen tech people from ATT customer service, I thought that the only way that I could have a functioning voicemail, MIGHT be to switch to a different provider....so, as a last attempt, I drove to the Washtenaw road store, and met with Demetrius, who was able to fix my voicemail issue, and was very kind and patient! I AM SO GLAD I WENT TO THIS STORE! Thank YOU Demetrius!
